BROTHERS & SISTERS,

If, like me, you've been doing 3+ wudhu every single day for as long as you can remember, and have now (more than ever) been noticing:

  • • Skin that dries, tightens and cracks moments after you finish making wudhu
  • • Flaky patches that have randomly started appearing around your body
  • • A face that looks dull no matter how much serum and moisturiser you layer
  • • Fine lines appearing in your 40's - years before you expected them

…and you just want your skin to look and feel the way it used to, this is for you. Inspired by ancient remedies and supported by modern science, this Halal-certified routine delivers the nourishment your skin has been craving - naturally and gently, layer by layer. Here are five reasons thousands of practising Muslim women have already switched from harsh chemicals and expensive treatments to this Tallow & Honey routine.

Mumtaz's promise: love it after 30 days or your money back. Either your skin comes back to life, or you get a full refund for trying.

Modern skincare was never built for Muslims who wash 5 times a day

The damage cycle: harsh products damage the skin barrier, leading to moisture loss, inflammation and wrinkles

Walk down any beauty aisle and read the back of the bottle. Every single formula is engineered around one assumption: you will cleanse your face once, maybe twice a day. That is the entire model. Foaming cleansers, "10-step routines", acid toners - all designed for skin that meets water twice.

But you are performing wudhu five times a day. That's face, hands, feet - soaked, rubbed, and often dried on a rough towel 25+ times a week. And if you add to this number the wudhu you make before reading Qur'an, performing ghusl, washing after cooking, and simply just general hygiene - your skin's barrier is under constant assault. No commercial moisturiser accounts for that.

Why This Matters:

Rebuild My Barrier
💧 The average non-Muslim washes their face 2x/day. A practicing Muslim washes their face and forearms  minimum 5x/day - that's 150% more barrier stress before you've even started your day.

The “Suet” Difference (Why This Performs When Others Don’t)

Infographic comparing Suet Tallow vs Other Fats, showing moisture lock and low allergy benefits of suet tallow

Not all tallow is created equal. Many products use ordinary fat trimmings because they’re cheaper and easier to source. The Mumtaz Whipped Tallow Balm and Tallow Sun Cream combination is different: both use pure suet tallow from the most nutrient-rich fat surrounding the kidneys of 100% Halal grass-fed cattle.

Our cattle receive no grain feed, added hormones or routine antibiotics, giving us complete confidence in the quality of the tallow we use.

We then combine it with purposeful ingredients without unnecessary preservatives or fillers to work together and deeply nourish, protect and support healthier-looking skin.

Our tallow is carefully sourced and triple-rendered to create a clean, skin-friendly base naturally rich in:

  • Vitamin A - a natural retinoid that supports smoother, healthier-looking skin.

  • CLA - a fatty acid that helps maintain firmness and elasticity.

  • Vitamin K2 - valued for supporting a brighter, more even complexion.

  • Omega-3 fatty acids - helping nourish the skin barrier and support regeneration.

🐄 Pure suet tallow is the nutrient-rich fat surrounding the kidneys - the gold standard for skin-compatible nourishment.

The complete two-step skincare routine: Restore & protect

The complete 2-step wudhu routine: Mumtaz Tallow Sun Cream and Whipped Tallow Balm

Mumtaz supports your skin in two complementary steps. First, the Whipped Tallow Balm melts into dry, depleted skin, replenishing the natural fats and moisture repeatedly washed away through wudhu. Grass-fed tallow closely complements the oils naturally found in your skin, while raw Manuka honey helps soothe and hydrate - without leaving behind a thick, pore-clogging barrier.

Second, the Tallow Sun Cream seals in that nourishment and shields vulnerable skin from the daily causes of dryness and premature ageing - giving you that youthful look all year round. Shea butter softens and supports the moisture barrier, while non-nano zinc oxide provides essential mineral sun protection without the harsh stinging you feel with traditional sunscreens.

This isn’t simply moisturiser followed by SPF. It’s a complete replenish-and-protect system formulated specially for skin that touches so much water throughout the day.

Step 1: Deep Lipid Replenishment

After every wudhu, the Whipped Tallow Balm restores the natural fats your skin has lost, so it can hold moisture instead of losing it.

Step 2: Moisture & Mineral Protection

Then the Tallow Sun Cream seals that nourishment in and shields skin from the daily causes of dryness and premature ageing.

The Transformation Timeline (What to Expect Day by Day)

Day 1 to Day 90 skin transformation using the Mumtaz wudhu ritual

Unlike Botox that paralyses muscles, or fillers that artificially plump, this routine works WITH your body's natural healing processes because it contains ingredients your skin recognises and welcomes. No 99+ chemical list you need a degree to pronounce. Just 5 simple ingredients ready to transform your skin. Here's the timeline we put together of the most common transformation after a survey put out to Mumtaz customers in June 2026:

Day 1 (Immediate)

Your skin sinks it in. No greasy residue or sticky leftovers. Just instant, soothing softness and a healthy, youthful glow. One customer said, "It's like my skin was dying of thirst and finally got water."

After 30 Days

Deep hydration kicks in. Flaky patches begin to disappear. Makeup goes on smoother. That tight, dry feeling you wake up with? It finally leaves, and your skin texture starts to smooth out noticeably.

After 60 Days

This is when the magic happens. Fine lines start softening. The roughness around the inside of your fingers, around the corners of your eyes and on the back of your heels slowly fades. Family starts asking if you've "done something different." This is where your skin barrier strengthens and irritation calms significantly.

After 90 Days

The full transformation. Fine lines significantly reduced. The sagging tightens. Forehead wrinkles smooth out. Crow's feet virtually disappear. Multiple customers report being told looking "10 years younger." by family and friends - who are often quickest to critique.

Day 90 and beyond

This becomes your new baseline - balanced, healthy, resilient skin. Continued use maintains and enhances results.

Reason #5: We Sell Out Regularly And We Couldn't Change That If We Tried

A Muslim woman holding a jar of Mumtaz Tallow Sun Cream outdoors

We need to be true and honest: We're not CeraVe. We're not L'Oréal. We're a small, Muslim family-run business based here in the UK.

Every batch of our Tallow Balm & Sun Cream is handcrafted in small quantities. We personally source our suet from suppliers we know by name. We triple-render it ourselves using traditional methods that take days, not hours (we don't have those £million machines or a 10,000sq ft. factory).

We refuse to cut corners or compromise quality to scale faster... Now - you might have the question...

Why?

First: You're getting a product that 'Big Skincare' literally cannot make. They need products that last 5 years and sit on the shelves or in stockrooms in case they don't sell. They need fillers and man-made unnatural ingredients that can be mass-produced in China. They need fragrances and scents to mask the smell of their 99+ chemicals. We don't.

Second: We physically can't make more.

When our videos go viral (like our last one did), we typically sell out within 72 hours. Then it takes us 2-3 weeks to render, blend, and jar the next batch.

Right now, we have stock. But based on current order velocity, we expect to sell out by this weekend.

Join our naturally glowing community of customers - grab your Tallow & Honey Balm today! Experience the life-changing benefits of our Tallow & Honey Balm used by thousands of practising Muslims just like you daily!

Try The Ritual
🤲 Over 4,000 Muslims across the UK, Europe and North America have replaced their old routine with the Mumtaz ritual in the last 6 months.
Skincare with Sadaqah — £2.50 from every order donated to Muslims in need

BONUS:

p.s. Did you know? We’re 100% Boycott friendly! ❤️

We donate £2.50 from every single order - no matter how small or big - to Muslims in need in charitable rounds at the end of every single month 🥰 - sign up to our email list and follow us on Instagram to see exactly where your money goes! We like to call it 'skincare with sadaqah' - it was our loving customer Saleha who came up with it!

p.p.s. We refuse to be silenced by the big corporations who are all owned by or have ties to occupying states and anti-Muslim organisations - the very ones illegally and inhumanely displacing our brothers & sisters across the Ummah for years and years with no reparations 😪 May Allah unite the Ummah and keep us all safe - Ameen.

Such a great article MashaAllah! Ugh this is exactly what I've been trying to explain to people for years!! 😫 The fix isn't just 'moisturise more', it's that standard creams aren't built for what we actually do five times a day. Thanks sis for such a great write-up, ordering now 😘x

Thank you Hana!! This is exactly why Mumtaz exists. The formulation had to start from the wudhu cycle, not be adapted for it after the fact. Thank you so much for ordering 😍

This is new information to me 😱 I've been using CeraVe for two years wondering why my wudhu always felt slightly off. Going to check the ingredients tonight.

Same, CeraVe has dimethicone and petrolatum. I switched to Mumtaz three months ago and the difference in how my skin feels with the same amount of wudhu (if not more) is noticeable. Might be in my head but I don't think so.

Tried the balm last month. Genuinely no smell. I kept waiting for some beef-adjacent thing to happen and it just... didn't. Skin is calmer than it's been in a long time alhamdulillah!! x

So glad they're halal certified! I asked 3 brands this year for their certification details... 2 ignored me. 1 said 'all of our ingredients are sourced responsibly.' Call me extreme but that is not certification! 🤷🏽‍♀️

This. Mumtaz actually sent me the cert documentation via whatsapp when I asked. That was a first. It was nice speaking to the family behind it too, shows it isn't just a money-hungry billion pound company.

I work in pharmacology and the sebum-mimicking fatty acid explanation is accurate. Tallow's composition really is close to human sebum. Most plant-based oils aren't but we naturally think if something's plant-based it's better for us! It's a shame more people don't understand this tbh 🙃

Using both the balm and the SPF now. The SPF was the thing I wasn't expecting to love or care too much about, no white cast at all and it feels so lightweight on my skin, not the sticky kind I'm used to buying from Boots lol 😂 I've ordered three times.

Is the balm suitable if I have quite oily skin? I moisturise after wudhu because of dryness but I don't want to break out.

Yes! Along with being deeply nourishing, our balm is designed to sink rather than sit heavily on the skin. If you have oily skin but experience dryness after wudhu, a small amount is often enough to restore moisture without feeling greasy. We recommend patch testing first though, especially if you're acne-prone. Plus the money-back guarantee is there if it doesn't work for you, you can just WhatsApp us and we will refund you! 😍

Bought this after reading this article. Three weeks in. Skin hasn't flaked after Fajr wudhu once. That used to be a daily thing for me in winter. MA on the products guys, no complaints xx
